When you need to reheat a tofu-based sauce, it’s important to do so gently to maintain its creamy texture. Put the sauce back into the pan over low heat and stir frequently. If the sauce seems too thick, you can add a splash of water or plant-based milk to loosen it up. Reheating slowly ensures that the sauce remains nice and creamy.
